Was sentenced to serve 120 days in jail at Lynwood Correction Facility for grand theft, having stolen a $250,000 necklace three months previously (21 April 2011).
Was released from the Lynwood Correction Facility on bail set at $75,000 after just five hours in custody. Lohan has instead been ordered to serve 480 hours community service, including 300 at a women's center.
